Premier League betting tips: Gameweek six preview - Brentford and Man Utd to draw, Eberechi Eze to star for Arsenal, and more

As you get older, if you are not careful you start to be consumed by life’s big questions.

Like why do I think f**k all of having £100 on a Bet Builder but yet will try and juggle nine items while shambling out of Tesco rather than paying 30p for a carrier bag?

Enough rumination. Read on for a breakdown of the best bets from the Premier League's TV games from Sports News Blitz’s punting laureate - The Bookie Basher - including Arsenal’s clash with Newcastle.

Brentford vs Manchester United

An erratic United will hope to win Saturday’s early kick-off and claim consecutive wins for the first time under Senor Amorim.

The Bees are winless in their last three Premier League games, and were gubbed 3-1 by Fulham last weekend.

Indeed, their struggles have largely come away from the Gtech Community Stadium, and the draw looks a big runner here at just shy of 3/1.

Suggested Bet: Draw at 19/10 (bet365)

Nottingham Forest vs Sunderland

The Black Cats are still searching for their first away win of the season, having fallen to defeat against Burnley and battled for a point against Crystal Palace.

That said, it’s been some start for Sunderland generally, who are seventh after five matches.

Via Opta, Forest have a 61.5% chance of taking all three points here, but I’m not having it. In fact, in the immortal words of Roy Keane… Shove it up your b**locks, Opta.

Sunderland have lost just one of their last six encounters with Forest, and the away win at bigger than 3/1 looks the way to bet.

Suggested Bet: Sunderland to win at 18/5 (Bet MGM)

Tottenham vs Wolves

Wolves have shipped 12 goals already and are the only Premier League team with "Nil points" after five games.

They’ve been a tough watch so far, with Wolves fans served up water-thin gruel masquerading as entertaining football and they are suddenly 8/15 to go down.

I am all over Richarlison to score first here. Brave. Direct. Tougher than Tarzan’s feet. What’s not to like?

Suggested Bet: Richarlison to score first at 9/2 (Unibet)

Aston Villa vs Fulham

It's very weird how severely Villa have dropped off. Unplayable at times last season. All over the shop this term. What the f**k is going on?

One goal, an ageing squad. And while it’s not quite panic stations just yet, whichever way you want to dress it up, Mr Emery has a huge job on his hands.

Some of the recruitment has looked dubious.

That said, some perspective is needed. Villa are only five games into the new season. He's overachieved massively and I honestly think he deserves time to get the new players buzzing.

Suggested Bet: Both teams to score - No at 10/11 (Betfred / Paddy Power)

Newcastle United vs Arsenal

Despite a positive recent head-to-head record - Newcastle have been victorious in four out of the last six matches against the Gunners.

My preference is for an away win here.

Last Sunday’s draw with Man City was a great result for Liverpool truth be told, but you have to give Arteta’s mob some credit.

I've never seen a Pep team play a low block like that. Ever.

That Eberechi Eze assist in injury-time? Hang it in the Louvre.

Eze surely must start on Tyneside after his showing last weekend, and if he does that could spell big trouble for the Toon.

Suggested Bet: Eze to score anytime & Arsenal to win at 23/4 (Bet MGM)
