NFL betting tips: Ravens to bounce back, New Orleans Saints' unsalvageable season

This NFL season is providing more drama than a badly written soap opera.

The Kansas City Chiefs finally stumbled onto a win, though they still look like a dynasty on life support.

Elsewhere, the Buffalo Bills are continuing to show that they are January material, while the Bengals lost their zero against a surprisingly snappy Minnesota Vikings side.

Here, writing for Sports News Blitz, Travel News Blitz’s Sam Condy breaks down some of his favourite picks ahead of Gameweek four.

Philadelphia Eagles vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Both teams have gotten off to 3-0 starts, but only one will come out on top in Gameweek four.

The reigning Super Bowl champs have got off to a flying start this season, but cracks are starting to show.

They rank 27th in net yards per play - a stat uglier than a Monday morning hangover - yet somehow they’re still terrifying.

Additionally, the Philly outfit loves to run the football; they are a rush-heavy offence, and with the Buccaneers ranking fifth in opponent yards per carry (3.6), first in opponent Rush EPA, and second in opponent Rush Success Rate, I can see them holding the Eagles' offence to a stalemate.

This is, in all likelihood, a postseason preview, and I’m planting my flag on Tampa taking the W.

Suggested bet: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-1.5) @13/8 with Paddy Power

Baltimore Ravens vs Kansas City Chiefs

Who had ‘Chiefs in total meltdown mode’ on their 2025 bingo card?

Almost nothing has gone right for the former NFL kingpins, now left with a mountain to climb to try to salvage their horror start.

The Ravens have also had a dreadful start, sitting with an equally poor 1-2 record, but they still look like a dangerous team, and once they get the ball rolling, I think they build into a real postseason threat.

Running back Derrick Henry has had an unusual start to the season. He's tallied up a phenomenal 242 yards over 41 carries, averaging 5.9 yards per rush.

However, huge fumbles on his behalf arguably cost the Ravens wins in both week one and three. However, if King Henry shows up, Kansas might need a mercy rule.

The Ravens have been unlucky, while the Chiefs look like a shell of their former selves. For that reason, I'm going for a Baltimore landslide on Sunday.

Suggested Bet: Baltimore Ravens (-6.5) @ 13/8 with Paddy Power

New Orleans Saints vs Buffalo Bills

Bills QB Josh Allen is playing like he has a point to prove.

The reigning MVP is stamping his authority on the NFL, he’s quietly stealing Mahomes’ crown and not-so-quietly telling the league about it.

The Bills are off to a 3-0 start, and Allen has been fundamental to their success. He is showing no signs of hitting a speedbump any time soon, and with him at the helm, the Bills will be heavy favourites heading into this gameweek.

The Saints might just be the league’s basement tenants; their Seattle showing was an embarrassment, and there is not enough duct tape in the world to plug the amount of holes in their game before they take on the free-flowing Buffalo outfit.

I’m going all in on the Bills here; the Saints simply don’t have the minerals to hang with the big boys this season.

Suggested Bet: Buffalo Bills (winning margin - 14+) @ 4/7 with Sky Bet
