Cardiff is unlikely to produce a high-scoring contest but rewards disciplined bowling and patient batting.
That could make the toss less influential than at other venues, with bowling likely to decide the outcome.

The run fest should resume on Tuesday at Headingley, which continues to establish itself as one of the most batting-friendly venues in this year’s competition.
Sunrisers Leeds have embraced an aggressive approach, looking to maximise the powerplay and not taking their foot off the pedal in the later overs.
Even in defeat, they haven’t moved away from their attacking philosophy, continuing to score quickly and keep pressure on opposition bowlers.
London Spirit, meanwhile, continue to search for consistency.
Too many batting collapses and inconsistent performances have prevented Spirit from building momentum.
Furthermore, injuries have only added to their problems.
Spirit need a complete performance to keep themselves alive in the tournament.
